Just because nobody is around to hear it, doesn't mean there were no sounds issuing out during the act of her skull being mercilessly crushed against unyielding, cemented stairs; as well as the sounds of tangled limbs scraping desparately at whatever they touched in a useless attempt to stop the owner's plummet.

You point straight to the heart of my argument the other day, when I was wearing the headphones and my grandmother had to stand in the rain outside for 2 hours after the bus dropper her off, knocking on the door to be let in.
