Where is Andy Barker, P.I. set?

Please answer only if you know, no speculation. I'm speculating that it's Pasadena because of Fair Oaks Plaza, so I don't need vague opinions. Thanks.

It is, it says on nbc's website in fineprint

I found something that says
"Look out Fair Oaks, it's Andy Barker."

and I did find a Fair Oaks in California
