look at it this way - friends are like a family that you get to choose.
If you like the people and what they do, then go for it. If there are things that you find immoral about their behaviour, then stay away.
Also, the more you distance yourself from gangs, the less likely you will be mixed up in some of the less legal activities often associated with gangs.
Just ask yourself, would you introduce your gang friends to your grandmother - if the answer is yes then thats ok, if not then stay away

No. When in a gang, even when you are a good person, you start thinking like your gang members and end up getting in a lot of trouble.

It depends on the gang. If it is to help others in a good way then it is great but if it is used to hurt others then it is definitely wrong.
