but i noticed that the tip of my left nipple is slightly open, and it looks moist and they are very very sensitive 2 the touch :(

It could be irritation from a lace bra or from not wearing a bra, shower gel, whisker burn or from a new moisture cream you are using.
Better check again with a pregnancy test especially if it was a HPT. Those things aren't always accurate & if you haven't had another period since then you should have a blood test done.

You May want to stop with the BC's and get a blood test in a week or so sound like symptom of pregancy.

go see a Dr any problems with the breasts should be looked after right away especially when you say the one is cracked and moist

im not been funny but my 15 year old had this problem with the left one last summer and it turned out to be the inside of his tshirt. the rough stitching of his logo caused alot of pain so when he wears these tshirts he puts a plaster on his nipple.
check your bra for rough stitching and lace.
