equality"?

Isn't this reverse discrimination?

~40 years ago, blacks argued this and won. Why can't whites argue this and win? It's BS, and it's BS that no one is calling the government on it.

It's not a race thing, it's an equality thing, is it not? Isn't that what the whole term civil rights is about? Or is it only used when it is favorable to a certain group of people at a particular time?

thank you poster (forgot username) who stated that it is a law

I've heard something of the same effect and I agree with you that when enacted that policy comes to no sense

I agree with you. The whole idea of such "racial equality" is ludicrous.

Yes, it is in effect reverse discrimination.

But under the current laws, reverse discrimination (meaning discrimination against a majority -- not just against caucasians) is allowed in specific circumstances.

One of the limited circumstances where discrimination is allowed is where the goal is to promote diversity in education.

I don't agree with that holding, but that is the current law.

Most are to stupid.

Take the University of Bangalore or Beijing. They would not have a chance competing against a global student body.

Most Americans are dumber than a 5th grader.

I am with you. Why do they have African schools here in Ohio that are being financed with my tax dollars??? I thought that segregation was over. Why do we allow special schools for blacks and not white only schools????
