Conservatives can you tell me why the Pentagon is saying that the US is fighting in a CIVIL WAR in Iraq?

You guys have been telling me for many months now that the US military is not fighting in a civil war in Iraq but now that the Pentagon is saying that the US military is fighting in a Civil War in Iraq I am little confused. Can you clear this issue up for me? Is the US military caught in the middle of a Iraqi Civil war or not?

No. Can you give a link where the Pentagon is saying that the US is fighting in a civil war in Iraq? I have already looked and all I found was that there were fears of it turning into a civil war.

Now that the Liberals see that we are winning in Iraq, what are they saying? Shouldn't they want us to leave Iraq winning? The new strategy is working so why don't the Liberals give it a chance so our men can come home winning?
