I told a lady that a girl made fun of her on the internet in a bad way. She got furious and had the boss speak to her co-worker. I don't think it was wrong of me but someone else told me I shouldn't have said anything. Do you think it was wrong? I only told the lady because I felt it was disrespectful.

Just do what you would want someone to do to you, if you would want to be told something, chances are they would too.

If you wouldn't want to know about something, then chances are they wouldn't want to know either.

You meant well and your heart was in the right place but...sometimes especially in an office you have to be very careful.People are very catty....and in lots of offices they love to cut people to shreds.I'm sure that you don't want to get the rep as being a trouble maker.Just let it all fade away and you will know better .
