as a Pitt fan i think they can get past VCU because Levance Fields is a lot better than Greg Paulus and with 7 foot tall Aaron Grat and 5 11 Levon Kendall they will dominate in the middle also if Ramon has a good game he will be hitten 3's throughout but Pitt's defense hasnt been the best in the NCAA this year and cant defend outside shots that well so i think it will be close near the end of the 2nd half but Pitt will pull away at the end

I picked VCU to beat Pitt in the second round. I think Pitt is slowing down, Aaron Grey is not playing as well as he ought to (due in part, I think, to lingering injury issues).
Pitt just seems vulnerable to me. VCU plays a hard style to overcome if you're not a team that's playing on point.

I'm not even going to say no because even though Duke has not been that great this season I thought for sure they'd beat VCU. Pitt is a better team than Duke but in the tournament anything is possible.

VCU slipped past duke so even though i am not a big pitt fan i still have them losing the second round on my bracket unless pitt folds under the press, which i strongly doubt they will.

Whatup Lamar, Denver is enjoying some super basketball. yet i think of for some reason L.A. has their extensive kind. alongside with their recent playoff fulfillment. Denver became into enjoying some super ball previous due interior the season and in what human beings called a showdown (a preview of the Western convention Finals) Denver did not have it that evening and didnt' rather look like a collection that became into hungry for the championship - and that they have been at that factor the favorite group interior the league. New Orleans purely did not take place. And this Denver-Dallas sequence ought to particularly be 2-2 (in spite of the reality that Denver is enjoying greater useful ball). i think of the Lakers will win if the do not take Denver gently and play Laker basketball like they recognize how. however the biggest suited now could be to not take every physique these days and whilst they upward push up - to maintain going instead of giving communities wish. 7 down, 9 to bypass. No, Pitt is way more talented than Duke. Btw, it's not true that the Duke loss was the biggest upset of the tournament. I doubt anybody had them getting past the second round.

Who knows but the VCU win over Duke is the biggest upset so far in the tournament. I imagine a lot of peoples' brackets are starting to fall apart now!

pitt is a lot tougher than duke so the stuff vcu was doing to duke won't work against pitt

Duke didn't matchup well with VCU. Duke only has one point guard, Greg Paulus. He played extremely well but he got tired.
Pittsburgh has more depth though, and similar talent. It will be a good game but I think that Aaron Gray will play really well against them.
