I am a Softmore, 16 years old. I am a certified Nursing Assistant because I want to become a surgeon in the future. I am enrolled in The National Honor Society. I play football and basketball. I am class president. I have an overall 3.7 GPA. I have not taken the ACT yet . If I get a bad score on the ACT what will be my chances of getting into this college. I think I might get a score between a 20-24.

Well, everything looks impressive - except for the ACT score. You don't know how you'll do on it yet, but if you can get the chance, sign up for am ACT prep class by asking a counselor if there is a prep class being offered. If you could get your ACT score a little higher than what you project, i think you'd be pretty set.
