You should have bought one that was labeled "Vista Ready", all the manufacturers are publishing lists of which printers are and aren't supported under Vista. Return it and buy one that is supported. Windows vista has lots of flaws(yahoo actually published an article about it once) and i dont know but i suggest switching back to a normal program. Ur gonna have a lot of trouble w/this one(just warning you)

if the printer won't install from the CD that contains the drivers and programming then it is not Vista compatible.

Hi. You will have to wait for the drivers to be updated, sorry. Complain loudly to the place you got the printer.
