I had to go the ER b/c I've been having pain for the last few days and was told that I'm pregnant. Tomarrow I have an ultrasound to make sure everything is okay.

I noticed today that my cervix is really tender and hurts to touch. I accidently plopped down on my chair a little while ago and started hurting extrememly bad. I had to stand up to stop hurting.

Do you think that it's something to worry about or is it common? I'm kinda worried b/c 2 years ago I miscarried. If you can help, please answer. Thank you.

how were you touching your cervix? that is what i dont understand. Until you see your OB i would obstain from having sex or sticking anything up there. they will be able to address your concerns about the tenderness of it.

Just take it easy until your appointment and your OB will be able give you a better answer then we can.

good luck and congrats on your pregnancy

Quit messing with it. That can't be good for it if you're touching it. May be you could also try not to sit in anything too hard too. Talk to your doctor and tell him/her what's up. She/he will know better then any of us. All we can tell you is to take it easy untill you talk to someone who really knows what's going on.
