Im trying to make a page for my bebo site...!!!

You can use a software program like paint or photoshop to make a simple design for the background. It depends on what you want- polka dots can look really cool if they're lightly coloured. Save the image as a .gif or .jpeg and then upload it to your server. If you're using html, you can display it on the page with this code:

On my site I used a small portion from a painting, after greatly reducing the hue & contrast in a basic photo program. The final jpgs are about 1200 X 900 but the resolution is only 72 dpi. The effect is a faint & barely recognizable image that makes the contrasting coloured type really stand out. (Yellow background + purple type etc.) You could do the same with any photo, even one of yourself or a building, landscape, etc.
