I ahve RSD ( Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) in my right ankle. Its nerve damage for people who dont know. This gives me chronic horrible pain in my ankle. Well it started about two yrs ago. Continued for about a year straight. Throughout that i was on all diff. kinds of nerve damge (not at the same time though) and they were giving me horrible nightmares. I tried a pain patch and it didnt work then i went onto Amitryptaline for a long time and that worked. But it can give u heart problems so i decided to get off of it. My ankle pain stayed away but for some reason its starting to come back. Its holding me back in softball which isnt good becasue its tryouts and im really good but i cant put my all into it! So does anybody know of any thing that would work. Ive been to physical therapy (for like a year) and it doesnt work.
PLZ. HELP!!!!

I got the nerve damage by either a pitch fork going into it or by surgrey one of those!

I recommend that you learn Self Hypnosis for pain management. You will need a referral from your family doctor to a hypnotherapist who specializes in Pain Management. Contrary to popular belief you will not be unconscious. You can learn "eyes open" pain management hypnosis which allows you to carry on with your day. Hypnosis for pain management has been used very successfully for over two hundred years.

I also have pains (or used to) in my lower back. I used a magnetic pad from Nikken and now the pains are much less frequent. They have magnetic insoles for your shoes that work just the same. Nikken has a patent on this type of magnetic therapy. Do your own research to learn about it. I am a consultant and can get anything you need but I don't want to push this. I want you to study it and make a decision.

Seeing is believing. Go to nikken.com and look at their products. I think there are testimones on there as well. It is an inexpensive alternative and I can honestly say that it has helped me with my back.

My wife also uses the magnets and her monthly pains are almost nil . . . . .

Email me if I can help.
