Get an anti-virus program like McAfee, Norton Anti virus or AVG
AVG can be downloaded free.
Don't click on the icon it will only make things worse
After u install the anti Virus program, get a firewall setup on your computer it's the first defence against all.
A proper firewall program defends your computer from any kind of unauthorized access to your computer and it should be running be fore you even connect to the Internet.
