If you drink a lot of soda, you should try switching to water. Water often clears the throat and can make your voice sound often better.
You might even need a singing instructor just to help you get your pitch back. A lot of people use them to help theirselves out with their voices.
Also, puberty might have something to do with your voice change. Sometimes your voice can go back and sometimes it'll stay in that rapsy tone.

There are things that can help, one is do not eat dairy products or drink milk before singing. Another is practice your highs and lows from a squeak to as low as you can get and still stay as much in key as possible. If you do this everyday it will improve. There is also a lubricant that use to be sold at Walgreen. I think it was called singers ease, (not for sure of the name) its been a long time sense I've use it but it does help. Oh yes by the way, water is good but be sure its room temperature.

Your voice is going through " The Change." As boys your age grow super-rapidly, so do your vocal chords, and they need time to get used to the longer lenght, whcih is why your voice dropped down low. You can try hot teas with lemon and honey to soften the raspiness. But you will most likely have to wait it out... it will clear up once your new voice takes hold. Congrats on getting your man-voice.
