You shouldn't, but there are ways, depending on the way it is blocked.
If the website address is blocked, you might be able to use the IP Address http://216.178.38.129/
It is possible that a proxy server MIGHT work, you can use a web proxy such as http://www.iphide.com or http://anonymouse.org
I still think you shouldn't, but I'm not going to withhold the information. It's up to you to make the responsible decision!
