In management today, there is significant emphasis on the use and development of teams to achieve improved productivity. Do you see teams in operation around where you work? What might you think your managers have done or could do better to improve the use and productivity of teams

They say that two heads are better than one to receive a better input of intellect in management. Unfortunately, there are too many people who want to be top dog and the indians revolt. When things are going well in the industry, they always feel there is room for more. They then change the game plan and that makes for more problems. If management would see what works, implement it and then leave it alone, then maybe, problems would be at a minimum. Unfortuately, don't confuse them with the facts, their minds are made up and then they mess things up again.

I have seen a lot of talk over the years, and seen a lot of teams form and disband, but I have never seen a team come together for more productivity yet.
