Given Z=270, C=9.9E-6

Recall Z=-j/(2πfC)

-j270=-j/(2πfC) ==>f=1/(2π*270*9.9E-6)=59.54 Hz

f = 1/2(pi)RC where R is the reactance and f the frequency

Thus f = 1/ 2x3.14 x 270 x 9.9x10^-9 = 10^9/16783.4 = 59.6 x 10^3 Hz = 59.6 kHz approx
