Starbucks has a dress code, and they should have told you that when they extended the job offer. Go to Goodwill and stock up on the cheap stuff. Dress code is as follows.

Tan or black pants, long shorts or skirts.
Black or white short or long sleeved collared shirt.
Black shoes and black socks.
No more than two earings per ear.
No facial peircings.
Hair that represents normal colors (no pink or blue, etc.)
Longer hair should be pulled in to a pony tail or braid.

To the training, maybe some black pants/not jeans, and a cute but not too dressy shirt.maybe like a bib top. ooh Forever21 has really cute tops right now!

dress pants and dress shirt for training only. then youll get the hang of it, theyll let you know what to wear afterwards. GOOD LUCK!!
