my black ink doesnt work in my printer that i just installed. how do i make it work?

Did you remember to remove the little piece of tape covering the nozzle on the cartrige?

Remove and install the ink cartridge again then shut off the printer and start it up again and it will calibrate and clean the ink automatically. Good luck.

Check the cartridge to make sure it's put in correctly and all the way in. Some cartridges have a little tab you have to pull off to allow it to breath. Make sure that's open. Run a head cleaning on it. It could also be that your cartridge might have been old and dried up.

There are so many things that could have gone wrong. Consult your instructions.

If you bought the wrong ink then i guess sell it on ebay since you cant send it back, sorry there is no way to make it work
