are plants the only photosynthesizers on the planet?
I'm studying biology, and I want more information about this.
Please explain it for me. :)

No...Photosynthesis is carried out by many different organisms, ranging from plants to bacteria.

Nope. Algae can also photosynthesize along with certain types of bacteria (collectively referred to as cyanobacteria).

People photosynthesize, too: Vitamin D in the skin. BTW, one of the pigments in the eye, rhodopsin, is similar to that in some "early bacteria" or archaeobacter. Do we share some genes with some of the oldest organisms?

i agree with the algae answer. as far as i know algae are animals and algae blooms occur sometimes in the oceans you have probably heard of that before they make the water look cloudy when this happens.
