Is there a chart anywhere that says the cubic inches of an engine, the liters of the engine, and which make it is for? such as:
7.4 Liter 454 Chevrolet
or something around those lines except with a lot more different size engines? thanks!

Hollanders interchange manuals used by wrecking yards have this info in them...

Also under the make and model and year of car you look at the NADA Blue books give this info it helps dealers (used car) decikde which cars to buy or not to buy ...

etc... i.e. on GM sister models like the Olds Omega, Pontiac Ventura, and Buick ...

the only manuin difference might be who made the engine and one engine might be better built and more reliable than the others etc... dealer wants a happy customer to sell another car later years down the road hence chooses better car for customer,...

A litre is about 61 cubic inches....therefore a 5 litre engine is 305 cubic inches. If you need the cubic inches of a motor and you have the bore and stroke of an engine then you can find the cubic inches by using this formula...bore X bore X stroke X .7854 X number of cylinders. This what you need to know?
