There's a novel idea that may interest you. It comes from the world of investing, and may apply to what you do. The reality is 90% of computer problems are software related and the 10% that are hardware related can be solved by plugging in a card, power supply or other easily removeable part. Rarely do PC's warrant re-soldering or re-routing connective pathways anymore. So here's the idea: advertise the seeming simplicity of today's computers (we know better, but it does seem simple if you think about the hardware aspect). Talk about the fact that you'll show people how to fix their own PC's at home! This approach has worked well for us in real estate investing. People want to learn almost as much as they want to make money!
