How do I find out if some one has black listed my name,which is hendering me from employment?

well the case is that every time I apply for an job, they deny me right off the back, the only job I have now is because of a family member.well put it this way , I feel like someone has black listed my name due to previous harrassment, on a personal matter, how would I find out if that is true?
