if u say a team is 28-9 they have 28 wins and 9 losses
wins are always on the left the losses r on the right

if you see for example 28 - 3- 9 it is win tie loss

this would rep a b-ball record or a sport where they most likely do not end game at a tie.

Yes because when someone says what a teams record is the wins total is always first and then loses and if the sport has ties like soccer ties are third.
