Mercury Drugs and other drugstores, just try your luck. But sometimes if it gets out of stock, try buying from hospital pharmacies. Big hospitals in the metro that rarely run out of stock are Makati Medical City, the Medical City, and St. Lukes. Lastly, if you still can't get from them, contact the drug's supplier (as listed above), but I doubt if you can cut a deal with them cuz they sell in bulk.
