What is the donkey an animal that is made fun by people? Does it have any history or story behind it?
I mean when we play the card game, "Donkey", the person who picked the donkey is humiliated somehow and ends up the looser. Why the Donkey? Why is the Donkey the central focus in games like Pin the Tail on the Donkey? Why not Pin the tail on the Pig?

i think the donkey is known to be a very stubborn animal, so people think it is stupid... maybe that's why they alternately call the donkey an a*s, which of course is amusing and allows people to make fun of it more...

Since the donkey is also called an A*s, people tend to laugh at it.. this only displays their own smallness..
