Okay just want to say this I am a NOOB on runescape! I have dreamed of haveing a PARTY HAT! I HAVE PLAYED FOR A REALLY LONGGG time. Seriously, only a noob would ask. No one is going to give away a party hat, because it took them a long time to get it too. The cheapest party hat is maybe 50 million gp.

why could you like a social gathering hat? build up your mining and smithing. make a ton of money then artwork on your wrestle. then after which you will desire to purchase it or kill somebody who's stupid sufficient to take it up interior the barren region. i've got not performed in approximately 2 years. i admire the previous format greater helpful than what they have now with the three-D.
