For example: The title page is called "Mental Illness" and I want to find out who the author is. I'd think it'd be listed at the bottom of the page, but it is not there. How do I find out? Is there even an author at all?

Wikipedia is an unreliable source at best. Since anyone can change anything at any time, you really cannot cite one author. Remember Stephen Colbert's elephants? He has shown over and over how easily Wikipedia can be manipulated falsely. Find a better source. If its for a paper, most teachers dont accept Wiki as a source. It's a site written by a lot of boobs. C.

If you want to find out who contributed, click on the box marked "history" at the top of the article. It will list all the people who made changes to the article over its lifetime. being able to pin it down to one author might be difficult, even if you find the person who did the original posting.
