There are sites like Open Source Web Design that have free templates you can download to build a website from. Ask your search engine of choice about "free website designs" or "free website templates." If you want to make your own design or customize one that's already made, you can find information about working with HTML and CSS online, or find a book on web design.

GO TO WHICHEVER BROWSER YOUR USING FOR INSTANT GO TO MY YAHOO. OR WHATEVER YOUR BROWSING IT WILL BE RIGHT ABOVE IN SMALL LETTER SOME WILL SAY ADD CHANGES, CHANGE COLOR, ETC.
