they are just little, you know they play too much
outside and they are too young to realize that they are dirty and they dont care because they are kids

Because they can & they don't have to clean up the mess or wash there clothes, jee it must still be fun so.....

cause thier moms give them attention when they get cleaned off. and cause they know its wrong and they feel funny when they break rules
