As of a year ago, diynetwork.com had some plans for toy chests under woodworking. Their site is huge so you may have to search around. Alos, minwax.com had some simple plans for projects and may have something for that.

O.K. Plans for a gazebo are a good thing, but plans for a toy chest? Use your imagination. How hard are you making this? It is just a box. After completion, you can say, " I designed this".

The most superior plans I found when I started working with wood was with Vox wood plans, on google. And I'm still finding them useful now that I'm not such a newbie.
