I'm starting up an escort angency and need to find girls to employ but i don't know where, i've tried to look online and on craigslist.

I'm assuming you're female based on your avatar, so I'd say start with yourself. You can do personal escorting, there's many sites that allow this.

But for your actual question of where to get girls, I'd say a College or University is a good bet. Maybe go to a few parties around a University or College in your area. The women will be bright, but also have debt loads, so they'll still take it into consideration. Plus they're usually young and single, which is a bonus.

That's a tough one. If you get honest, beautiful, hard working women, then you won't get anyone because they know what they are doing is against the law. (Come on, you don't really think that we believe that you are opening up a LEGAL escort service do you? EVERYONE knows what escort services really do.Heidi Fleiss swore she only had an escort service too.) So, you would have to find girls that are just out there for the money and would be low enough to go the extra mile and have sex for even more money. So, put a classified in the paper under escorte service and see who calls.
