he will give him 30 days to find employment and then assess how much the man should pay. if he doesn't have a job within that time he will incarcerate him for contempt of court.

Judge is a human who needs to work to get money to build life. An unemployed man to pay chile support may a little or ignore, it depend his income.

The judge will base his child support on a minimum wage Gross income. For one Child it comes to like $60 a Week.

every state has a chart they go by. In Missouri it's called a form 14

they will go off what your earning income should be then calculate it. That's how they figure it. So if you were making $80K a yr. then try to claim you can only make minimum wage, your going to be beat

he will base it on what you normally made before you became unemployed or what you can makemy husband had to pay almost 500 a month while he was unemployed

The court will probably order you to get a job and take 30% of your income. If you don't pay at all, you can have your license taken and do some time in jail.

He'll take the information from the man's last pay stub.....he will also order him to get a job or there's a good possibility he'll put him in jail.

My ex-husband child support was based on his last job. But he has not had a job in two years. Do you think he is in jail NOOOOO. He owes over 12000.00 in back child support. His brother owes over 35000.00 in back chil support to his kids. Not in jail. They have to go to court every two months.
