I say the preview on TV. It has Don Cheadle and Adam Sandler. Sandler looks so much like Bob Dylan, It has me confused. Is the movie about Bob Dylan, or is it about something else all together?

Incredible likeness isn't it? Sadly, Reign on Me has nothing to do with Dylan.
They are making another movie about Bob Dylan, in which they have Cate Blanchett playing Dylan in part of his life. What a mistake with someone like Adam Sandler walking around who can have this uncanny likeness.

No it is not. It is about a man who loses his family in 9/11 who meets up with his old college roommate who tries to help him.
