Maybe someone in the world finds that person attractive - hence they are NOT unattractive. Obviously you think you are attractive, but I might think you're ugly...so b/c of my opinion does your avatar have to be ugly? Who's to say....so many questions...

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Who you may think is unattractive is probably beautiful in someone's eyes so I think they deserve to make their avatar look attractive.

I'm sure that's some kind of "ism" you've got!
Speaking for myself, my Avatar is my R.S.I. (residual self image) from when I was young .-it's how I like to remember myself anyway.
If I wanted an accurate image I'd take a photo.
Anyway, Avatar means something like spiritual representation-so strictly speaking it's not a representation of your physical self.

No, It depends on how you see your self, and how wont your avatar to look. If you wont your avatar to look like you make it look like you, if not thin don't.
