I need some good music for working out to help keep me motivated(eg. High upbeat music). Can be worded but I think that wordless might be better. Any Suggestions?

Thanks

the music genre or atrist will be no matter, that's up to you...

The things that matter was the tempo...
How fast you're working out tempo, i don't mean how much time... i mean how fast is your movement...

ex. You're running with a 120 walk pace per/minutes, then you should listen to a 120 BPM music...

just try to imagine how fast you'll run (or doing other things), and try to tap your hands according to your imagination, then that will be your music's tempo...

Hope this help
Bless You

This singer named MIKA is really up beat and fast paced. Check out his song Grace Kelly.
Also it might sound weird but 80's music is really fast and up beat and its easy to work out to that
