put vick vapor rub on it, that is what my mom puts on me when ever i get hurt. may you don't have wate long to get better

How do you know it's torn? Unless you've actually had an MRI to show the tear, you can't make that assumption. If it is torn, you'll have to have surgery. Mosts biceps tears occur at the point of insertion (front side of the elbow joint), where the tendon attached to the bone. You're looking at 6 or more months of rehab after if that's the case.
