No need to worry :)

It is normal for young girls to have irregular periods. Spotting, light bleeding... It is OK. Your body is new at this and is just trying to get it figured out. It often takes years before women settle into a regular cycle.

You ARE supposed to have another one. Start counting from the very first day you start bleeding count to 28 (Puts you at March 14 give or take) keep in mind that it can be any time around day 28 not just on 28, that is when you should get your next period FYI: if you count from the first day to about day 14 that is around ovulation time you may get some spotting at that time this is normal. Yes you do ovulate two weeks before your period starts. so your answer, your period is due now the spotting is a warning sign.... it's coming. Hope this helps.

Well, if you're on a normal cycle, this sounds like it's about the time for it. If you're concerned that it's not as heavy as it usually is, it might have something to do with your stress- that tends to screw periods up a little. Give it another week, see if things normalize a bit. If not, and you're still really worried, call your gyno.

When you are in your teens your periods are very iregular. They may not happen at the same time every month. They can be one week early or even a week late. It sounds like everything is ok but if you are still worried you could always go to the doctor and get checked out.

In the beginning.. like during puberty especailly your period can be very irregular. DOnt worry right now.. if it happens again in a short period of time.. you might want to talk to your mom and see a gynocologist to make sure you do not have any problems.. but for now chalk it up to irregulartiy

I read in a book that stress and exercise can alter your cycle. So don't worry. This is probably the cause of your spotting and light bleeding.

You're young, and you can be really irregular at times. You could be getting a cold or something, or maybe have some extra stress in your life... that can throw off your cycle.

Nothing to worry about. Don't panic.

well hun you are still young and it will take time before it starts to get "normal".......if you are really worried you should ask your mom or guardian to take you to a gyno to put you on the pill to help regulate your period.......exercise and stress can also effect your period......try to eat well and keep exercising...good luck
