Who does legitimate certification for astrologers?

from what ive found this seems to be the most credible

but it is still only a membership organisation, its not a governing body

there are other websites that will give you a 'credible' certificate for the right price !!

AFA is one, American Federation of Astrologers. And there are several others. NYCGR is another, as is ISAR. Why do you ask? Are you looking for a legitimate place to study?
