He has won the Golden Globe and 2 Oscars, but I was wondering if he'll ever win a BAFTA or an SAG Award for his acting or even act on the small screen and win an Emmy.
Or do you think he's washed-up?

I will treat the question as a serious but theoretical one.
I think it quite possible that De Niro could pick a film and a role that would fit him, and be nominated again for film awards such as an Oscar, a Golden Globe, a BAFTA or SAG award. He has a world reputation, and might find a British-produced film as well as American one.
But, frankly, I doubt he would be a first choice to win a BAFTA, as the Brits understandably favor British performers for their awards (but not always of course.)
The SAG is a different matter; I understand it is much more an "insider" award, and it has historically favored noted active Hollywood actors. De Niro is seen as a New York actor, not a Hollywood actor. Also, he is not part of the Hollywood establishment (such as Eastwood or Nicholson.) This has a lot to do with winners in the past.
The last part of your question: do I think he is washed up? No way. Consider the Oscar nomination this last time for Peter O'Toole, and so many others, senior citizens who have scored highly in a mature role that fits them. Consider De Niro's fine performances in recent films such as "City By The Sea", or "Men of Honor".
