heh, I had the same thing (mine hurt close to 6 years and suposedly nothing was wrong!) until i went to a SPINE CENTER and they gave me a shot called cervical spine epidural shot or so. I left painfree!!! It was as easy as that. maybe have it checked out by some other specialist.

whats an ace bandage going to do? To guarantee that it would dislocate and fall off? Where there is pain may not be where the pathology is. As someone else mentioned try looking at your neck or upper thoracic spine - there could be a problem therem

i've got harm my shoulder three times final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. Or I could say I harm it as quickly as and in no way permit it heal totally. i comprehend you sense such as you do no longer prefer to offer up the useful properties you have already got created from lifting yet continuously hurting your self won't make you extra suited. I propose you drop lifting for a minimum of two months. as a replace of lifting do countless cardio. After the two months slowy attempt your shoulder with lighter weights. or you ought to do workouts with out weights- push-united statesand such. confirm to ice your shoulder after a exercising consultation and take countless Alleve (or Naproxen, a much less costly known variety however the comparable ingredient). persist with a heating pad before mattress. i extremely gave up lifting for virtually a three hundred and sixty 5 days because of the fact i replaced into bored with injuring my shoulder. I took up swimming after my 2 month harm. It helped relax my shoulder and now i'm comfortable lifting returned.

I had similar issues with my shoulder and had it scoped. They found tons of scar tissue which does not show up on MRI's or XRays. Shoulder wraps are rough to do. I would suggest Ice and heat. Good luck.

I would have the doc check to see if there has been a rotator cuf injury. They are hard to detect and take extremely long time healing.
