I had sex with a guy I only knew for two weeks. I had a period before we had sex. Now I'm pregnant.
If he has 2 other baby mamas and 1 had a boy and the other had 2 boys, can you tell by his sperm/offspring if he's the father of my baby?
I'm having a boy also.

so if i am right you are asking if the other kids he has had are also boys then could this one be his also because it is a boy? No you wont be able to find out that way.
The only way, and reliable way that you will be able to determine the father of your child is throught a DNA paternity test. each persons DNA is unique. and when a child is born, he or she takes a little bit of DNA from the mommy and a little bit from the father to make its own.
By matching these genes that each parent has given the child, that is how paternity is established.

No you can't tell who the baby's father is that way. You need a DNA test from the guy to determine if he is in fact the father of your baby.

no it depend on both of you but if you had sex after period its probly going to be his
