You are young and your body is adjusting to the hormone levels. It takes awhile for it to adjust and not everyone is the same. I know that when I was your age I got my period for awhile and then I just started to stain for awhile and then it came back again, and it was all normal. The excercising could effect your body, but I wouldn't worry about this. It could take an other year or so for your body to adjust. It wouldn't hurt for you to talk to your mother about issues of your period and for you to take a trip to a gynocologist. Just because you are not having sex doesn't mean that you shouldn't see a doctor. I'm not saying this to get you worried, but just as a fact that it is always good to start seeing a doctor to put your mind at rest.

you're meant to have yet another one. start up counting from the 1st actual day you start up bleeding count huge type to twenty-eight (places you at March 14 supply or take) understand that it fairly is any time around day 28 no longer purely on 28, it somewhat is once you need to get your next era FYI: in case you count huge type from the 1st day to approximately day 14 it somewhat is around ovulation time you would be able to get some recognizing at that factor it is conventional. specific you do ovulate 2 weeks till now your era starts off. so your answer, your era is due now the recognizing is a warning call.... that's coming. wish this enables.

It's not that unusual for your period to be erratic at your age. The beset thing is probably to go see your doctor. It's probably nothing at all, but it's better to set you mind at ease.
