Did you experience a near-death situation today?

It's the Ides of March. I'm just curious to who has been back-stabbed by their friends or nearly died today. Last year, my friend and I nearly got slammed by an eighteen wheeler on the interstate in her tiny car. But nothing has happened. Yet.

Well, now that you mention it, I nearly killed some freshmen.

Everyday I post a "this day in history" question and reward the first five students with a piece of candy.

Today's question: "March 15th, 44 BC.
If you don't know this one, you're breaking my heart. Et tu Brute?"

The four students that didn't know what it was very nearly met an early death.

(Fortunately, the other 85 freshmen who had me today knew what it was.)

yes ive been back stabed by my friend i liked a boy first but i knew him in the third grade and then he went to my 6th grade school and he was in my class and then i met a new friend named cory she was a girl but then she started liking him but he didnt like her but he went out with her and played her then i went out with him and he really did like me but she still likes him but she knew that i liked him before she went out with him.now she moved and i have him all to myself and im so happy shes gone but she was my best friend

and yes i almost died to my mom was cooking lasst weekend and she went to the store and left the stove on and me and my sister was still there and my grandother walked in i was downstairs and my sister was up stairs and my grandma smelled it burning and i helped try to pu the fire out and she threw water on it and the flames flew up and it caught me on fire but i didnt get hurt or anything when it set me on fire wierd isnt it
