URGENT --- would like to talk to someone about lifting my mother-in-law who is flying from Stanstead and has arranged transportation from there to aircraft getting a wheelchair to get her on plane. VERY GOOD but what happens in Edinburgh she cannot walk over the way to the lift up let down area . Last year she nearly took a heart attack again. I do not want this happening this year and may i add she has a Disability Card as do I --- I WAS told that with this i could park in a bay in the car part BUT THIS IS NO GOOD i need to pick her up at the door. We have mobile phones if i could get through the gates.

You can pick up/drop off at the main entrance to the concourse quite easily. They will wheel her to the pick up point.

airport staff will supply a wheelchair for her if you ask them. They are quite helpful. honestly.08700400007
