I have seem beautiful Americans, I have seen beautiful Spanish, French, Italian, European, Russian, Romanian.
I don't think I can choose. Women all over the world are very lovely.
Picking a favorite is hard, because they are all beautiful in their own way. I also have a hard time with blond, brunette, or redhead, because I have seen lovely ladies in all of those categories as well.
In conclusion, you may be able to choose one as soulmate, but no matter which color hair or nationality you choose, you probably will not be disappointed with any of them, if their personality is nice.
