Everyone probably is a little ethnocentric - but as long as you dont hate everyone you see walking down the street because of their skin color before you even know them you probably arent racist.

I think everyone is at least a tiny bit racist. And sexist, age-ist, etc. It's natural for people to judge others when you first meet them. Whether we like it or not, our society already has tacit stereotypes on everyone that's different from ourselves (i.e. everyone in the world). It's just that some people let the generalizations dictate their lives and strangers they meet.

you can tell if you see a person of a different race and start to sterotype or mock them. you can definetly tell if you dont like them being in the same room with you.

you can probably tell if you dont want to be near someone of a certain race, or people like that bother you. just reassure yourself that they might think the same as you and work at it to accept others.
