YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING US RIGHT???? If you are old enough to be asking stuff like this then you should be old enough to know the truth!!! they are made in a cabbage patch and when they are ready for delivery thats when the stork comes into the picture, he drops it down the chimney, so if u dont want a baby never buy a house with a chimney! Hope i could be helpful.....lol

When a mans penis (an extended sex organ) penetrates a womans vagina (female sex organ) and inserts semen and the little sperms reach the egg and try to fertilize it and if it gets successfully fertilized it grows into a baby.
