My printer prints ok, but it doesnt scan.
Does anyone know why what the problem is?

the problem is you say you have a printer and a printer does not scan...you need a scanner to scan things

do you have all the appropriate software installed for the scanning, etc. most printers natively work with OS's for the print function. as far as scanning/faxing/copying, they require special software, that usually comes with the product. you may want to check the manufacturers website for updates 'n stuff.

You should have giving us the model and make of your printer.
I sort of have the same problem with my car. It rides fine on the streets and freeways, but it does not want to fly in the air.

Reload the software and re-enter it again, but first remove the old data.
